Dear drivers,

A reminder: due to differences in vehicle alternator sizes and air conditioner power, during use, a low charging current for the parking battery may occur, resulting in low power that affects starting. Recommendations are as follows:

1. Please scan the code on the battery to bind it to your mobile phone, so you can check the power level and monitor battery status from your phone.

2. If you notice the parking battery is low on power and the charging current is small, start the vehicle, turn off the air conditioner, and connect to the battery via your phone to check. If the charging current is around 20A, it likely indicates the alternator output current is too small. You need to check if the alternator is functioning properly or consider replacing it with a larger one. (This phenomenon mainly occurs in summer, as the air conditioner competes for charging power).

3. After connecting via phone, if the power is found to be low, it might be due to insufficient vehicle charging time. In that case, drivers need to manage the usage time of the air conditioner and charging.

If anything is unclear or you have questions, please contact the after-sales engineer in time.

Reminders on Parking Power Supply Configuration and Use

1. Before replacing the parking lithium battery, please check the wiring to ensure there are no short circuits, ground faults, or aged/exposed wires, and that the alternator is working normally.

2. After replacement, ensure the wiring is in good condition, with no short circuits or vehicle leakage. Secure and insulate the power cord connections. The parking power supply should be firmly fixed to prevent battery movement that could loosen the wiring.

3. You must immediately scan the QR code to register and bind a mobile phone number, making it convenient for drivers to track, monitor, and use backend services.

4. For first-time use, connect via phone and observe whether the parking battery can charge normally after the vehicle starts and the air conditioner is turned on (especially in hot weather). If it does not charge normally, please check the alternator.

5. During vehicle inspection or long-term parking, please turn off the main disconnect switch/battery isolator/master power-off switch on the parking battery output line to prevent leakage or other safety risks that could affect use.

Wishing all drivers a safe journey. [Coffee]
